We start by making sure that your lawn is properly excavated, attending to details such proper drainage, and also esthetics.  We then do a final grade and hand rake to finish. 

The final hand raking process makes the difference in your final satisfaction.  We remove and dispose of all rocks and stones.  The finished result is smooth and beautiful, no ruts or rocks to damage mowers or the feet of growing children. 

We seed with the best grass mix for your conditions and finish with a cut straw cover.  Keep watered for best results, and yes start early before it is too hot.

Double ground bark biodegrades more rapidly, adding humus to the soil, and does not leach dye.
